Section 58-4A-4 - Insurance fraud prevention unit--Purpose--Composition.
58-4A-4. Insurance fraud prevention unit--Purpose--Composition. In order to investigate and prosecute activities involving fraudulent insurance acts, the director of insurance shall employ a sufficient staff to be known as the insurance fraud prevention unit which shall include a minimum of one clerical employee, one investigator, and one attorney.
