58-5-88. Vouchers for expenditures by insurers--Description of consideration--Violation as misdemeanor. No insurer shall make any disbursement of one hundred dollars or more, unless evidenced by a voucher correctly describing the consideration for the payment and supported by a check or receipt endorsed or signed by or on behalf of the person receiving the money. Violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
