Section 58-17-127 - Audits, periodic and annual.
58-17-127. Audits, periodic and annual. The board may conduct periodic audits to assure the general accuracy of the financial data submitted to it and may require the plan administrator or any contractor to provide the board with an annual audit of its operations to be made by an independent certified public accountant.
