58-17C-24. If private accrediting body satisfies requirements of §§ 58-17C-7 to 58-17C-26, inclusive, carrier may be deemed to have done so. If the director and secretary find that the requirements of any private accrediting body meet the requirements of network adequacy, quality assurance, or quality improvement as set forth in §§ 58-17C-7 to 58-17C-26, inclusive, the carrier may, at the discretion of the director and secretary, be deemed to have met the applicable requirements.
