58-17C-44. Utilization review to be coordinated with other medical management activity of health carrier. A health carrier shall coordinate the utilization review program with other medical management activity conducted by the carrier, such as quality assurance, credentialing, provider contracting data reporting, grievance procedures, processes for assessing member satisfaction, and risk management.
