Section 58-17C-59 - Record of grievances--Report.
58-17C-59. Record of grievances--Report. The health carrier shall maintain records of grievances filed with it and shall submit to the director a summary report at such times and in such format as the director may require. The grievances involving other persons shall be referred to such persons with a copy to the director.
