Section 58-17C-68 - Registration fee for utilization review organizations.
58-17C-68. Registration fee for utilization review organizations. The director of the Division of Insurance may require the payment of a fee in conjunction with the initial or annual registration of a utilization review organization not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars per registration . The fee shall be established by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 .
