58-17C-87. Health carrier to establish review procedures for grievances not involving adverse determinations. A health carrier shall establish written procedures for a standard review of a grievance that does not involve an adverse determination. The procedures shall permit a covered person or the covered person's authorized representative to file a grievance that does not involve an adverse determination with the health carrier under §§ 58-17C-88 to 58-17C-91, inclusive.
