58-17C-88. Standard review--Covered persons or authorized representatives entitled to submit written material only. No covered person has the right to attend, or to have a representative in attendance at the standard review, but the covered person or the covered person's authorized representative is entitled to submit written material for the person or persons designated by the carrier pursuant to § 58-17C-89 to consider when conducting the review. The health carrier shall make the provisions of this section known to the covered person or, if applicable, the covered person's authorized representative within three working days after the date of receiving the grievance.
