Section 58-24-38 - Suspension or revocation of license--Hearing, notice--Grounds.
58-24-38. Suspension or revocation of license--Hearing, notice--Grounds. Licenses issued pursuant to § 58-24-36 may be suspended or revoked by the director, after hearing upon notice, in the event the rating organization ceases to meet the requirements of said section.
