Section 58-26-84 - Promulgation of rules for minimum standards applicable to valuation ofhealth plans.
58-26-84. Promulgation of rules for minimum standards applicable to valuation of health plans. The director shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 for containing the minimum standards applicable to the valuation of health plans, including disability, sickness, and accident.
