SOUTH DAKOTA STATUTES AND CODES
Sections 61-1-28, 61-1-29 - Insurance agents and solicitors exempt. Repealed
61-1-28. Insurance agents and solicitors exempt. As used in this title, the term, employment, does not include service performed by an individual for a person as an insurance agent or as an insurance solicitor, if all the services performed by the individual for the person is performed for remuneration solely by way of commission.
