61-3-14. Publication and distribution of laws, rules and reports. The secretary of labor shall cause to be printed for distribution to the public the text of this title, administrative rules promulgated pursuant to this title, annual reports to the Governor, and any other material the secretary deems relevant and suitable and shall furnish the same to any person upon application therefor.
