61-5-20.4. Withdrawal of request for contribution rate based on experience--Time. The employer has fifteen days after receipt of notice of determination of contribution rate computed under §§ 61-5-18.5 to 61-5-18.7, inclusive, within which to withdraw the employer's request for application of the provisions of § 61-5-20.3.
