Section 61-5-5 - Termination of elective coverage on notice by secretary.
61-5-5. Termination of elective coverage on notice by secretary. The secretary of labor may terminate any election agreement under § 61-5-3 or 61-5-4 upon thirty days' written notice to the employer.
