61-5-52. Termination of coverage on transfer of account to successor in business. The department shall terminate the coverage of any employing unit as of the date on which the employer ceases to have employment because of the sale of the employer's entire business and the employing unit's entire rating account is transferred to another employer under § 61-5-33.
