Section 7-9-23 - Register of deeds authorized to assist in execution of U.S passport applications--Fees.
7-9-23. Register of deeds authorized to assist in execution of U.S passport applications--Fees. The register of deeds may apply to the United States State Department to assist in the execution of United States passport applications. Any fees collected but not remitted to the United States State Department shall be deposited in the county general fund.
