9-43-43. Immediate payment of Plan Two assessment or installment--Payment in inverse order. An assessment under Plan Two or any installment thereof may be paid to the municipal treasurer within thirty days after the filing of the assessment roll at the office of said treasurer, without interest. Payments of installments shall be in inverse order of their due date.
