9-43-44. Due date of installments under Plan Two--Interest chargeable. The first installment under Plan Two shall be due and payable January first, following the date of the delivery of the assessment roll to the municipal treasurer; subsequent installments shall be due and payable January first of each year until fully paid with interest on the whole sum unpaid from the date of the filing of the assessment roll in the office of the municipal treasurer, at such rate as the governing body shall by ordinance or resolution prescribe, payable annually at the maturity of each of the several installments. Payment of the first installment shall include regular interest on all installments from the date of filing of the assessment roll with the municipal treasurer to May first.
