9-43-46. Advance payment to municipal treasurer of Plan Two assessments or installments--Inverse order of payment. After the expiration of the thirty-day period within which the assessment under Plan Two or any installment thereof might be paid to the municipal treasurer without interest, and prior to the due date of the first installment, the entire assessment remaining or any number of installments thereof may be paid to the municipal treasurer plus interest thereon from filing date to the date of payment. After the due date of the first installment, provided the installments which are due, together with interest, have been paid, any or all of the remaining installments not yet due may be paid without interest. All installments paid prior to their respective due dates, shall be paid in inverse order of their due dates.
