9-48-19. Special assessment roll and levy for purchase of private sewer. When the engineer or other competent person has made the estimate for and report as to special assessments provided for in § 9-48-17, the governing body shall cause a special assessment roll to be prepared and proceed to levy the assessment as provided in this title.
