9-48-39. Publication of notice of proposal and hearing on main or trunk sewer in sewer district. After the action prescribed by § 9-48-38, notice of the proposed passage of such resolution shall be given by publication once each week for two successive weeks. Such notice shall state the time and place when and where the property owners in the district may make objection to the construction of the sewer or to the plans and specifications therefor.
