Section 9-48-7 - Connections from sewers to lot line.

9-48-7. Connections from sewers to lot line. Every municipality shall have power to regulate and provide for the laying of sewer connections from the city trunk or service sewers, to the lot line, and to assess the cost against the abutting property owner as provided by this title.
