9-48-36. Hearing by governing body on sewer district plan--Adoption or rejection. At the hearing the governing body shall consider any objections, and may by resolution approve and adopt the proposed plan or change it in such manner as it may deem proper, and adopt and approve the plan so changed and modified, or may reject the plan and order a new plan prepared, in which case the proceeding shall be the same as required in §§ 9-48-34 and 9-48-35.
