Section 9-51-46 - Apportionment of assessed costs against property within district.

9-51-46. Apportionment of assessed costs against property within district. The cost which is to be paid by assessment shall be prorated by the governing body among the privately owned property within the benefit district according to the benefits to accrue to such property.
