11-11-115. Application of law to area becoming part of a park or other state system.
Any component of the system that is or shall become a part of any state park, recreation area, wildlife management area, or similar area shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter and the laws under which the other areas are administered, and, in the case of conflict between the provisions of these laws, the more restrictive provisions shall apply.
