11-14-407. Condemnation or eminent domain prohibited Exception.

No property shall be acquired under the provisions of this part through condemnation or the use of eminent domain under the provisions of title 29, chapters 16 and 17, with the exception that condemnation or the use of eminent domain may be used to acquire, under the provisions of this part, certain property in Scott and Campbell counties known as the “Koppers Properties.”
