11-3-113. Reimbursement of green fees from certain agencies.
If the golf course is located in a state park, but operated by a municipal or county government agency under contract with the department of environment and conservation, the department shall reimburse the operating agency for any green fees waived under the provisions of § 11-3-112 [Repealed] and this section.
