12-3-207. Negotiation with vendors General services administration price agreement.

In accordance with rules of the department approved by the board of standards, the commissioner is authorized to negotiate with vendors who maintain a general services administration pricing agreement with the United States or any agency thereof; provided, that no contract executed under this section shall authorize a price higher than is contained in the contract between the general services administration and the vendor affected.
