12-3-604. Purchases to be made according to energy efficiency standards.
The commissioner, to the maximum extent feasible, shall determine which commodities and products purchased by the state may be purchased according to energy efficiency standards. The commissioner shall have the duty to recommend those commodities and products to the board of standards for adoption and use in state purchasing procedures.
