29-6-140. Appointment of receiver.

The court before whom the suit is pending, may, at any time, appoint a receiver to take possession of property attached under the provisions of this chapter or chapter 7 of this title, and to collect, manage, and control the same, and pay over the proceeds according to the nature of the property and exigency of the case.
