3-15-701. Committee created Composition.
There is hereby created a special joint committee of the general assembly composed of five (5) members of the senate general welfare, health and human resources committee to be appointed by the speaker of the senate and five (5) members of the house health and human resources committee to be appointed by the speaker of the house.
