3-7-111. Examination of Reelfoot Lake related state and local expenditures.

At the close of each fiscal year, the fiscal review committee, created by § 3-7-101, shall examine the expenditure of all state appropriated funds utilized during such fiscal year by any entity or agent of state or local government for the purpose of preserving, protecting, or enhancing Reelfoot Lake or its fish, water fowl, and wildlife populations and habitats.
