37-5-115. Review.

The department shall be reviewed pursuant to the requirements set out in the “Tennessee Governmental Entity Review Law” set out in title 4, chapter 29, parts 1 and 2. Further, the department shall respond to requests for information from any other legislative committees including, but not limited to, the fiscal review committee, the general welfare, health and human resources committee of the senate, the health and human resources committee of the house of representatives, and the government operations committees of the senate and house of representatives, to insure that thorough review and oversight of the department is accomplished.
