4-27-103. Powers and duties of board.

It is the duty of the board to:

     (1)  Adopt rules governing its proceedings;

     (2)  Elect a chair and secretary;

     (3)  Keep permanent and accurate records of its proceedings;

     (4)  Establish criteria for making awards;

     (5)  Adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter; and

     (6)  Approve each award made.
