4-29-115. Extension of entity's life pending action.
If any governmental entity is scheduled to be terminated before the review by the evaluation committee under the provisions of this chapter is completed and before any legislative action is taken pursuant to §§ 4-29-107 4-29-110, such entity shall continue its operations for an additional year after which it shall cease to exist without legislation pursuant to §§ 4-29-107 4-29-110.
