4-40-407. Rules and regulations. [Effective until June 30, 2010. See the Compiler's Notes.]

The center is authorized to promulgate any rules necessary to carry out the proper administration of this part. The rules shall be promulgated in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
