40-22-108. Supervision pending application.
It is the duty of the board of probation and parole, upon receipt of the pleadings in the case, together with the recommendations of the presiding judge, as provided in § 40-22-103, through the probation and parole officer, to look after the welfare of, and have charge of and keep in communication with, the prisoner, thus on parole, and also to keep in communication with the prisoner's employers.
