41-22-411. Performance evaluation.
Board performance shall be evaluated on the basis of the degree to which TRICOR accomplishes the elements of its mission. Performance shall be reported each year in an annual report by TRICOR through the board to the governor and to the general assembly through the select oversight committee on corrections.
