41-4-137. Refund to county of fees collected from defendant.

If, after the hearing of any case in any of the courts upon which the costs of jailer's fees, or any part thereof, has been paid as provided in § 41-4-136, any sum collected from the defendant shall be placed in the county treasury to reimburse the county.
