49-11-403. Advisory committees.

The board of regents is authorized to appoint an advisory committee or committees, or a consultant or consultants, as the board may deem necessary, to advise the board in matters relating to the location, establishment and construction of state technology centers and on any other matters that the board may deem necessary in carrying out its duties under this part.
