49-4-204. Rules and regulations.

The Tennessee student assistance corporation is authorized and directed to make rules and regulations governing the making and the guaranteeing of student or parent loans and the making of awards of financial assistance to students it deems necessary to carry out and to make effective the purposes of this part and parts 3-7 of this chapter.
