49-4-503. Loan agreements required.

Before making the advances, TSAC shall require each eligible institution to enter into a written agreement stating that it will make loans under the provisions of the guaranteed student loan program or the auxiliary loans to assist students program, and that it will abide by all applicable state and federal regulations governing the guaranteed student loan program or the auxiliary loans to assist students program, in the same manner as participating commercial lenders.
