49-5-5008. Consideration of class-size and out-of-field assignments in setting guidelines for evaluations.

In establishing guidelines and standards to receive the supplement under this part and parts 52-55 of this chapter, the state board of education may build in a factor or factors recognizing oversize classes and assignment to teach outside the field of certification.
