49-5-5507. Employment of supervisors.

Any person who has been duly certified as a career level I, II or III supervisor is eligible for employment by any LEA. Such a supervisor may be employed from within or without the LEA, but may not be employed in place of a supervisor currently employed by the LEA, a supervisor on leave or a supervisor on a preferred reemployment list.
