49-6-703. Report on funds and recommendations.
At least once each year, the commissioner shall report findings and recommendations concerning the system of competitive grants and technical assistance established pursuant to this part to the governor, speaker of the senate, speaker of the house of representatives and the co-chairs of the select committee on the Tennessee education lottery corporation.
