49-6-706. Funding for costs incurred in administering programs.
Costs incurred by the department in administering the programs established by this part that provide a system of competitive grants and technical assistance for eligible organizations providing after school educational programs consistent with Tennessee Const. art. XI, § 5 shall be funded from the LEAP grant fund as part of such programs.
