49-7-2703. Private practice not to be conducted in public facilities.

Employees of hearing centers at public postsecondary educational institutions who maintain private audiology practices shall not serve their private-practice patients in publicly owned facilities or refer patients of a school-based hearing center to their own private practices. This section shall not be construed to prevent employees from providing student supervision services pursuant to their employment with the public postsecondary educational institution.
