49-9-203 - Term of appointive trustees.
49-9-203. Term of appointive trustees.
(a) Appointive members of the board of trustees of the University of Tennessee shall be appointed to serve terms of six (6) years beginning June 1 of the year of appointment.
(b) Members shall be eligible to succeed themselves.
