50-3-2006. Lists of chemicals Liability for unlisted chemicals.
(a) The commissioner shall maintain a list of all hazardous chemicals that are regulated pursuant to this part or the OSHA standard, or both.
(b) The list shall be available for inspection by the public during regular office hours.
(c) No manufacturing or non-manufacturing employer shall be relieved of any duty, responsibility or liability under this part or the OSHA standard regarding any hazardous chemical that is not included on the list.
